Lead Fees

Providers may be charged appointment lead fees or other marketplace fees as disclosed by MAJ Care Connect.

Limitation of Liability

MAJ Care Connect is not responsible for healthcare outcomes, provider actions, treatment decisions, or patient-provider disputes.
